Prudent Publishing Company, Inc., established in 1929 and a leading publisher of premium quality greeting cards known as The Gallery Collection®, has the following long term seasonal opportunity at our manufacturing facility in Landing, NJ as part of our Digital Finishing Team.
Job Purpose: While striving to meet or exceed production goals, operate and maintain a variety of finishing equipment in the Digital Printing area
Responsibilities:
Follow established procedures for finishing our products
Maintain machinery and keep area clean from debris
Contribute to team effort by working quickly and efficiently
Adhere to all safety procedures
Perform all duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
Computer literate
Experience operating a variety of finishing equipment
Ability to multi-task
Quality minded, attention to detail and good hand/eye coordination are necessary
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift or move 40-45 pounds is required
Willingness to work overtime essential
Salary: $14.00 Per Hour
Shifts:
Monday thru Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 2:30 PM thru the end of September.
Work 32 hours per week and get paid for 36 Hours!
Beginning in October, Monday thru Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM thru Mid-December. 40 hour workweek.
