Job Summary:
Fast growing Fairfield, NJ manufacturer seeks highly motivated individual for a full time Customer Service Representative position. The customer service representative will work cooperatively with the sales department and other members of the distribution team. This is not a cold calling or call center position. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required. The ideal candidate must possess excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills. This is a full time position with medical, dental and 401k benefits.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls
Responsible for customer relationship management
Perform all day to day administrative tasks
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Compensation/Hours:
$35,000 Base Salary/year (With Bonus Potential)
Mon - Fri (No Weekends)
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (1 Hour Lunch)
