• Answering and directing his phone calls
• Scheduling his meetings and appointments
• Greeting and directing clients
• Research assistance
• Booking travel and creating itineraries
• Time Management skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for multi-tasking
