FULL TIME Assistant Applications Coordinator - $15+ / hr for Quality
We are a small Financial Services company looking for an Assistant to our Applications Coordinator for a Full Time position immediately. We are based in Park Ridge, New Jersey and the candidate should be prepared to come to the office daily. Our Applications Director works from our Park Ridge office and you would be assisting her with phone calls, emails, making appointments, etc. We are growing very rapidly and there is definitely room for growth with the right candidate.Â
The right candidate needs to possess:
- Great telephone skills.
- Great communication and organizational skills as they will be speaking directly with clients of ours. No cold calling at all. You will be speaking to existing clients only.
- Good computer skills. Nothing overly complicated but should be familiar with excel, email, etc. Our CRM software is very easy to learn and we will teach of course.
- Great work ethic. We want someone that is self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Reliable transportation is an absolute must.Â
- Hours: 10am - 6pm, M-F (no dealing with rush hour!).
- Overtime is available depending on our work load and is compensated very well.
