Job Description:
Manage, organize and maintain Plumbers time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments.
Maintain organizational orders and client information
Perform other administrative duties such as payroll, also provide quick and positive communication to customers via Yelp.
Knowledge of plumbing supplies a plus
REQUIREMENT:
Education: High School degree/GED Bachelors in Administration will be preferred but not necessary.
Experience: 1 year of related experience.
Extremely detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills
Word proficient. Typing skills, a plus.
Basic Project Management ability
Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records.
