State of the art, brand new facility, looking for a veterinary receptionist/client care representative. We are looking for someone with a friendly and patient disposition that must be able to multitask. Experience a plus, but not necessary. All training provided on site. Flexible schedule required. All shifts available. Day/Overnight
We have 24/7 general practice, 24/7 emergency services provided, 24/7 luxury boarding with inground pool, 24/7 pet compounding pharmacy, 24/7 rehabilitation. We never close.
Duties include but are not limited to:
answering and directing/handling all phone calls
knowledge and general understanding of prescription drugs
filling scripts
running the flow of appointments smoothly and efficiently
scheduling appointments
client matters
working well as a member of a team
