We're a successful and GROWING, 25-year old Architectural Services firm offering a permanent career position to an experienced, flexible, pro-active Do-er - able to thrive within a crazy, fast-moving, ever-changing "clients-first" services firm! Beyond basic secretarial skills, we’re looking for an unflappable, take-charge, multi-tasker who has experience within a small business handling a wide range of Executive Assistant, Bookkeeping, Travel Arrangement, Sales Support responsibilities, etc.
