Busy diversified CPA and financial planning firm is looking for a seasonal intern to provide support to our expanding practice.
Responsibilities include: receptionist and clerical duties (such as filing, scanning, preparation of applications, and tax return assembly), accounts receivable billing and credit card processing, HR, creating and maintaining program files, letter writing, basic QuickBooks bookkeeping and knowledge of excel to create spreadsheets.
Strong interpersonal skills including phone and e-mail. Take charge individual.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
Experience in the financial service industry is beneficial.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks.
Full time position with the exception of tax season which requires additional hours including Saturdays.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to interact with all levels of management and staff.
