Payroll Coordinator
BC International Group, Inc. one of the leading fashion and luxury retail organizations has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Payroll Coordinator who is skilled using ADP Workforce Now payroll system. This position has the opportunity for continued employment.
Requirements:
⢠Must have experience using âADP Workforce Nowâ system
⢠Experience working with Time and Attendance
⢠2 years minimum payroll experience working in a corporate facility
⢠Excellent verbal and written skills to handle heavy phone calls and emails
⢠Ability to resolve payroll related questions and discrepancies
⢠Experience with filling out unemployment, disability, verification of employment forms
⢠Excellent communication skills that will be utilized with corporate personnel and retail staff
⢠Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
⢠Open and review all mail and paperwork that Department receives
⢠Assist in having paychecks organized and shipped to our locations
⢠Ability to multi-task
