Field Agent Instructions:
We are local homebuyers who deal in nice areas and are looking for homes with For Sale by Owner signs out front.
All we need is a photo of the house and the sign showing the phone number clearly legible to call the homeowner. You may submit a photo of each if you cant get both in one photo.
Condition not important. We are looking for homes in Bergen, Passaic, Morris and Sussex counties. The higher the price, the better!
We will pay $10 for each FSBO house and send as many as you can find until notified to stop. PLUS, as a bonus, you will receive a $250 bonus if we buy a house you sent us. We will not pay for houses that are already in our system.
