New York Metro Restoration company currently seeking a results-driven individual to serve our customers and company as an Estimator & Project Manager. Our industry offers the unique opportunity to help homeowners and property owners who find themselves in a moment of chaos and return their homes, property and lives to normalcy.
Our Project Managers are tasked with generating and responding to new projects due to water damage, fire damage and storm damage.In this position you will be responsible for securing initial work authorizations to perform necessary repairs, preparing accurate and professional estimates using industry software and managing every aspect of your projects from inception to completion.Timely and thorough estimating is crucial in order to serve our customers and insurance industry clients, with a supreme focus placed on customer satisfaction. We are searching for a hardworking and detail oriented individual with experience in the construction industry.Above all else, we desire an individual with integrity who has the ability to be empathetic with our customers throughout the lifecycle of all projects. Preparing and interpreting estimates using Xactimate software
Continual oversight of all works in progress
Superior communication with customers.
Ensuring that all jobs are delivered with impeccable quality
Maintaining exemplary customer satisfaction reviews
Ability to respond to emergency situations due to fire, water & storm events Requirements:
Strong work ethic with a foundation in customer service
Minimum 2-years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Previous track record of growth in an organization
Passion for assisting all customers in their unique moment of need
Ability to write intricate, software based estimates
Excellent time/priority management skills
Tenacious in pursuit of solving moderate to complex issues
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass criminal background check Competitive compensation package includes a base salary + commissions and bonuses
