Greene Street, a fast-growing resale clothing chain, is looking for enthusiastic and retail-savvy Shift Supervisor candidates in the Red Bank NJ area! We are seeking driven, organized, outgoing individuals with a desire for growth. If fashion and sustainability are important to you, join our team of friendly, motivated and energetic individuals. Shift Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the store and for being manager-on-duty when no other manager is present. This is a salaried, full-time entry-level opportunity with tremendous opportunity for growth.
Shift Supervisor candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 2-5 years clothing retail experience
- Strong leader, ability to delegate tasks
- High level of communication
- Team-oriented and sales-driven
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- High energy, and strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of labels and fashion
- Open availability a must

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Customer service and sales, maintain cash flow, perform store openings and closings, implement and delegate tasks, ensure that all areas in the store are maintained to Greene Street standards.
