As a Security LieutenantÂat Goldfarb Properties, you will use both your professional skills and experienceÂto work proactively in monitoring the premises for Maple Gardens - a 15 acre, 1,800 unit gated rental community located in Irvington, NJ.

Goldfarb Properties owns and manages approximately 6,000 apartments in the New York metropolitan area. The family business recently entered its third generation, and has been in existence since 1953. The company owns and manages approximately 24 buildings, the majority of which are residential apartment buildings located in Northern New Jersey, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, and Westchester. A sampling of our major commercial tenants includes the City of New York Board of Elections, The City of New York Human Resources Administration, Mount Sinai Hospital, St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital, Bronx Lebanon Hospital, St. Johns Episcopal Hospital, Bank of America, CVS, and various other national retailers. Goldfarb Properties employs over 200 people.
Your mission, as Security Lieutenant, will be to oversee securityÂoperations during your tour.ÂYour ability to multi-task will be essential as you switch from organizing, directing, and planning toÂpatrolling grounds, conducting investigations, and assisting those requiring help in the event of an emergency.Â
Your top-notch ability to solve problems, attention to detail, leadership skills,Âand familiarity with Security Protocols will be instrumental in the successful performance of your duties.ÂYour polished written and verbal communication will be key as you both write and review incident reports regarding securityÂmatters.
Prior experience working in law enforcement as well a dynamic, ever-changing environment will enable you to seamlessly transition from one task to the next, ensuring compliance and completion every step of the way.
MUST HAVE:
NJ Armed SORA License
NJ R.P.O. Permit to carry a Firearm
NJ Driver's License
