Fast growing food import & distribution company in Closter, New Jersey has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Support Liaison / Customer Service Representative.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Our ideal candidate is driven, reliable, motivated, proficient in computer programs, good customer service, has excellent phone etiquette, is organized, analytical with strong communication and people skills.
Responsibilities:
Daily correspondence with customers and warehouse on order procurement, shipment, and fulfillment.
Track outbound and inbound container shipments.
Participate in trade-shows.
Provide customer service (phone and email).
Assist in ongoing sales activities.
Provide support to management as and when required.
Prepare sales presentations and participate in customer meetings.
Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
Perform general office administrative duties.
Maintain logs and spreadsheets for all office activities.
Bookkeeping Tasks.
Experience & Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS excel, word & PowerPoint.
