POSITION DESCRIPTION: Floor Staff - We are looking for an athletic, customer service minded individual who has a dynamic personality and is highly organized. Qualified individuals will host events and birthday parties for people of all ages. Candidates will motivate and inspire people to do their best within our facility. We will train candidates in the use of all equipment and safety techniques. Ideal candidates will be able to lead an event or birthday party.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Facilitate a safe and a fun experience for our customers
-Maintain a watchful eye on the entire floor for potential risk factors
-Demonstrate exemplary customer service to both children and adults
-Proficient use off all equipment
-Assist the head coach in children’s birthday parties ; Understanding the flow of traffic and procedure
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Athletic
-Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
-Passion for teaching both kids and adults
-Previous experience in customer service
