We are looking for an outgoing, professional, and organized individual to join our team as Salon Receptionist. Salon experience encouraged but not required. Millennium/Meevo2 Software knowledge is a plus however, we are willing to train. Must be a fast learner, customer service forward, and possess great sales skills. Must be fashion forward while having a professional appearance. Open availability preferred, must be available weekends.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answering multiple phone lines while minimizing wait time
- Greeting and checking in/out every client in a timely manner
- Booking appointments accurately and updating stylists throughout the day of any changes
- Keeping professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Confirming client appointments day before their visit
- Assisting managers with daily operational tasks
