Lead generation through measured and targeted marketing campaigns across both on and offline channels
Responsible for briefing creative agency on all required assets and getting them approved by the investment team
Ability to write engaging and targeted copy for use across multiple platforms
Investor and Stakeholder engagement. Creation and distribution of regular communication to our database of existing investors and lead keeping them informed of the latest news
Planning and implementation of marketing plans agreed with the Customer Services team
Work closely with our digital agency to produce dynamic organic and paid content on social media channels aimed at building awareness.
Monitor online presence on the company’s brand and engage with users where appropriate to strengthen customer relationships
A passion and interest in marketing with the drive and willingness to learn
Must be creative and forward-thinking
Competent IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office
Strong written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns
Experienced in lead acquisition
Ability to work within budgets and recognize the value for money
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Knowledge of CRM systems (Zendesk or Hubspot) beneficial
Graduate degree
1-2 years of work experience
