About TTX New Renewables – Wind Power Technology
The Wind Power Technology department within TTX New Renewables serves as a central group function, providing governance, support, and services for our wind power assets in operation as well as projects under development and construction. To fulfil this role, we also develop the necessary expertise and future tools through targeted R&D and development projects across dedicated technical disciplines. This is where you, as a summer intern, will play an important role and gain valuable hands-on experience.
Our team is responsible for vibration monitoring across more than 1,000 wind turbines and develops tools for predictive maintenance. Our scope ranges from defining technical specifications and processes to developing analytical tools and providing direct support to our wind farm sites.We have implemented the Databricks platform to ingest and process online data from wind turbines worldwide, enabling continuous condition monitoring of key turbine components.
