Our industry is at the beginning of a transformational shift and we intend to lead it.We are building products and services to help both organizations and people succeed and grow in their professional endeavors and we are looking for out of the box thinkers to help bring us to market.The Lifion by ADP program is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual to help drive client engagements and implementations.Lifion Client Success team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to coordinate and support project management efforts across the organization. This role will manage stakeholder functions to align goals, capacity and delivery of key capabilities. The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing delivery of projects/programs including; development of comprehensive delivery plans, solution design facilitation in alignment with business goals, and project execution to scope/timeline/quality standards.In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Project Managers from other workstreams to define and implement Launch Readiness for all phases of the roll out of the Lifion solution. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with excellent communication skills who has lead HCM Launch across a large organization and has the ability to influence others and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.The role holder will have proven experience and a track record of effective decision-making based on the analysis of data and operational metrics. They will also raise the bar in the areas of customer obsession, ownership, bias for action and delivering results.Responsibilities

Track record of working in a client-facing environment and developing/driving initiatives to ensure or improve upon a client’s ROI with your services

Cultivate stakeholder relationships and facilitate planning/reviews

Optimization of scope capture, impact assessment, prioritization, roadmap planning and communications

Drive planning, analysis, design, validation, and delivery of all initiatives

Develop small/medium size project plans inclusive of task scoping, effort estimation, dependency mapping, and critical path identification

Align schedules, priorities and resources across multiple parallel projects

Actively participate in the development of testing strategy and plans

Monitor and report on project status/health, issues/risk, and change introduction

Cultivate and leverage relationships with business stakeholders/IT to influence, drive consensus, and resolve conflicts

Requirements

8+ years’ experience in program management.

HCM, HR or Payroll experience required.

Experience translating business needs into roadmaps and delivery plans

Experience in program/project planning, dependency/task/risk management, testing, communications

Experience leading enterprise software implementations of varying size and complexity using

Agile methodologies

Accomplished verbal and written communication, with the ability to construct easilyconsumable messaging for a broad range of audiences

Strong analytical thinker with the interpersonal skills to influence, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate at all levels

Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects/programs and successful delivery in a cross-functional environment

Able to effectively prioritize work/deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to navigate and operate through ambiguity

HCM, HR or Payroll experience required.
