As a Senior Engineer, you will architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate features that solve real problems. We are seeking candidates that have full-stack development experience leveraging NodeJS and ReactJS. Experience with GraphQL would be a major plus!
What you'll do:
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Provide recommendations to team lead and leadership for continuous improvements
Document/demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, code comments and clear code
Working with other teams inside the organization and product management to collect feedback, align requirements, and translate business requirements
Requirements:
Graduated with a B.Sc or M.Sc. in Computer Science or related field; knowledge gained vocationally can also be considered
2+ years of experience in server-side development leveraging NodeJS and Express
Exposure to React Applications built with Redux State Management (or similar Client-Side JavaScript Frameworks)
Experience in developing and consuming web services along with enterprise integration
Ability to lead small projects or phases/portions of larger projects.
Excellent communicator who knows how to relay information in a timely manner
Great analytical and problem-solving skills, and can communicate your ideas
Experience and passion for mentoring and encouraging collaborative teams
Exposure to the following would be a plus:
GraphQL & Apollo to Query and Mutate data
Experience setting up Continuous Integration builds with Jenkins and GitHub
Containers with Docker or Kubernetes
Using NGINX for Web Hosting
Webpack, Babel & ESLint
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
