Who are we looking for? Motivated individual Agile Coach with over 10 years experience and strong DevSecOps background.This opportunity requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approaches to guide, support and improve product Agile teams. You will collaborate intensively with your team members and Product Owners. You will also interact with clients to mentor, consult, and assist them in making appropriate process decisions and solve any blocking points . The Agile Coach will educate scrum team(s) e.g (scrum masters, product owners, developers) and team leaders about Agile methodologies, roles, advantages, and limitations. Will work with all levels of employees and take primary ownership in developing internal education strategies and methods, fostering greater understanding and comfort with Agile frameworks and development structures. Will help each individual understand the various roles and responsibilities within the Agile framework and how best to support one another, as well as equip the team for success. Experience: 10 years of experience as Agile Coach with strong DevSecOps experience. Responsibilities: Develops guidance and direction on how to implement DevSecOps within an organization ensuring compliance with standards, best practices, and all other application regulations Provides recommendations on DevSecOps practices and environments, with a focus on reducing costs and improving speed to delivery Understands the difference between coaching, mentoring and training, and when to use each Be a hands-on Lean Agile/Product and DevSecOps coach, accelerating the learning of a Product Mindset, Agile, and DevSecOps practices. Work with Leaders (IT and Business) on developing a culture and platform (Product Vision/Mission, Product Taxonomy, OKRs, and structure) that enables squads to deliver business value as quickly as possible. Coach Squads on how to improve their cycle time, deployment frequency, mean time to recover, change failure rate, etc. Coach Leadership and squads on Agile frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) and how to use those frameworks to improve delivery metrics. Teach best practices and proven Agile methodologies, implementing frameworks for measuring success and progress Experience with DevSecOps tools and techniques such as modern IDE's, GitHub, containerization, everything as code, and zero-trust. Showcase relevant tools and techniques such as coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring. Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ensure accurate and current project or program status, without disruption to delivery. Apply the best tools/techniques to team roles and overall governance of digital service delivery. Ensure key metrics and requirements that support the team and delivery are well defined and maintained. Ability to coach and support the agile teams in establishing the CI/CD practices and tools Ability to mentor the project teams for implementing DevOps practices Ability to conduct workshops on DevOps related topics Provide thought leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
