Job Description:Job DescriptionThe Academy for Wealth Management (AWM) Business Analyst (BA) will work closely with the Advisor Development Executive and the AWM COO to provide overall support to the AWM, the Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) Performance Team and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management (MLWM) field leadership. The BA will work 1:1 with the COO to track and analyze issues impacting individuals FADPs, as well as identify larger trends impacting the success of the FADP program and drive the overall build-out of the AWM. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage critical deadlines.Primary Responsibilities

Support Advisor Development Executive and AWM COO in tactical execution of AWM and FADP strategy

Provide business metric and program analysis, report management, and project/initiative support at several different levels

Track and maintain an inventory of issues experienced by individual FADPs; work with respective partners to quickly remediate issues and limit impact to FADPs

Provide ad hoc reporting and administrative support for AWM and FADP Performance organizations

Required Skills

Strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail

Ability to learn quickly, translate business processes and take expanded responsibilities

Must be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently

Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing/concurrent activities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information into targeted messaging; proactively builds relationships with key partners

Strong project/program management skills

Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

BS/BA degree preferred, not required or the equivalent years of related work experience
