RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking to bring on a Project Manager focused in AI & Data to join their growing team on a long-term contract in Piscataway, NJ.
Summary:
The Project Manager will be the AI and Data lead supporting the Network organization client. The Project Manager will be the central coordination point across AI and Data. The Project Manager will drive requirements definition, scope / impact assessment and delivery execution. The Project Manager will influence and partner with business and technology stakeholders across the organization to build consensus, develop a technology solution and implementation timeline.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the intake, organization, and prioritization of projects and Use Case
Lead requirements session, Core team grooming, Scope and impact assessment, Story point estimation, and sprint planning
Develop and communicate project schedule
Define and coordinate resources needed from across AI&D and the company to enable effective execution of goals
Analyze and manage project risk
Develop risk mitigation plan
Define and manage development roadmap in line with strategic vision
Clear communication up and down the organization on project status
Leverage Information Radiator
Conduct Agile Retrospectives to identify what worked well and areas for improvement
Outline processes and execution cadence to evaluate, track, and communicate status of initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree - required; Computer Science degree is desired
Scrum / Agile / Safe certified - required
Tableau - desired
6+ years in Technology Project Management
Demonstrated experience leading medium to large scale complex technology projects
Agile, Safe, Scrum
Desired Skills:
AI / ML experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong product development capabilities
Strong leadership experience in an enterprise or cross-functional role
Delivery capability in technology
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, Clarity, Quickbase, Smartsheets)
