As a member of the inter-Regional Transport Excellence team, this role will focus on strategic and operational project governance of Global Transportation programs to ensure reliable supply between DCs and/or Hubs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of portfolio management activities aligned with the IRTE strategic roadmap, including project prioritization, metrics and financial reporting, reporting governance and routine governance.
• Ensure high degree of standardization and drive synergies between segment operations through SOP governance, standard templates and communication plans
• Coordination, reporting and management of the IRTE portfolio across all sectors and drive engagement with Segment Deliver and RDO.
• Drive synergies between pillars and ensure that complimentary or inter-connected projects are appropriately aligned in terms of resources, roadmap and sequencing.
• Drive standardization for process, projects, meetings, and day to day operational activities for all initiatives under IRTE.
• Leads implementing a program governance framework to manage the IRTE portfolio of projects, including prioritization, milestones & financials; ensure that complimentary or inter-connected projects are appropriately aligned in terms of resources, roadmap and sequencing.
• Lead IRTE communications activities to ensure timely creation, publication and distribution for communication of all IRTE activities to all levels of stakeholders.

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required with 4-6 years of experience
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is critical for success. Multi-sector experience is preferred.
• Project management experience and consulting skills.
• Demonstrated skill in influencing and collaboration within and across organizations, globally and at all organizational levels.
• Big picture orientation with ability to represent broader supply chain thinking.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skill.
• Expertise across core transportation and carrier/3PL mgmt. processes, contracts, relationships.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain.
• Project management experience and consulting skills.
• Certification in standard project management methodologies like PMP, Six Sigma, Lean and or FPX preferred.
