Performs talent acquisition process, including organizing interviews and testing for candidates, creating job offer letters, updating and maintaining appropriate systems, and receiving and tracking applicant materials.
This position requires extensive interaction with Account managers, candidates/applicants, associates and internal HR associates.
As one of the main points of contact for candidates and new associates, the Talent acquisition associate champions the Pozent Corporation brand by providing an outstanding candidate experience for our current and potential future associates.
