Are you an Information Security professional who would like to work for a highly intelligent fintech organization as the first line of defense to cyber alerts and threats?
We have a Cyber Security Threat Analyst role available within the New Jersey office of one of our financial tech clients specializing in investment management.

Role Overview:
You are an early career professional with a knack for cyber security. You should:
  • Be skilled at responding to and investigating cyber security alerts
  • Have experience with cloud infrastructure systems (IDS, IPS, DLP, SIEM, or AWS) and firewall technologies
  • Have working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, and both the Linux and Windows operating systems
In this role, you will collaborate with the security engineer to provide situational awareness through detecting, containing, and resolving cyber security threats using a comprehensive set of security and firewall technologies.
You are a quick learner and an impressive multitasker who is continuously determined to gain new knowledge and expertise in the information security field. You can:
  • Triage cyber security incidents quickly and effectively
  • Perform daily and weekly tasks to measure and report on the state of cyber security defenses
  • Assist with configuration of security tools and alerts
  • Respond to and remediate cyber security intrusions
  • Conduct open source threat intelligence reviews to examine and identify new indicators of compromise for investigations

Education, Experience and Technical Skills required:
  • 1-3 years security related experience or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
  • AWS experience preferred
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
