Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
â¢Process paperwork from the F&I department.
â¢Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
â¢Various billing duties including Wholesales & Dealer Trades
â¢Process, enroll, cancel, and administer third-party warranties.
â¢Other duties as assigned
Computer skills are necessary for automotive clerks. A successful candidate will be highly organized with an eye for detail. ** Must have experience within an automotive dealership office (automotive billing, registering vehicles, automotive titles, etc.)**

â¢Must have previous automotive accounting experience
â¢Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals.
â¢Exceptional communication including email, telephone, and in-person contacts.
