Position: Sales Manager in Training
Compensation: First year associates average $50,000 - $60,000
We are experiencing explosive growth as a result we are opening new offices throughout many different territories. Due to the current focus on expansion we are seeking candidates for our Manager-in-Training Program.
Our company is looking for highly competitive, ambitious and hardworking individuals that want to grow and are willing to change -basically winners. Successful candidates accepted into the Manager-in-Training program come from a variety of industries including sports and coaching, hospitality and industries that focus on customer service and sales. Some candidates want to be leaders and run their own business; but lack the experience or know-how. Some may be new to the work force and are highly motivated to be among the six figure earners in North America. Others already have a track record of management or entrepreneur experience and are ready for a change.
