Exciting and engaging entry-level position for an up-and-coming professional at 24-7 center! The Non-Medical Coordinator is our primary contact for customers seeking emergency assistance in their travels. The Coordinator handles cases for all assistance service requests by conducting research, providing assistance and documenting case notes. We seek a well-rounded, travel and geography-minded individual who can provide an assuring voice to people in need while employing their knowledge to steer cases. 12.5-hour schedules 3 times a week; rotation between day and night shifts, health benefits offered, paid training. College degree preferred. Bilingual preferred, especially Arabic, French, Mandarin, Spanish, Thai.
