Job Description
SeriousShops.com is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative! An eye for detail and a passion for solving problems will set the ideal applicant apart from the rest.
Specific Duties
-Answers incoming calls to place new orders, check the status of existing orders, or product questions.
-Responds to customer emails regarding order status, shipment tracking, product questions, and other issues.
-Processing of customer returns.
-General administrative duties, including mailing of customer invoices, and other office tasks as needed.
Requirements
-1-2 yrs relevant experience preferred
-Retail Ecommerce industry experience is a plus
-Some College or College Degree is a plus
Skills / Abilities / Knowledges / other Requirements
- Motivated and energized person, willing to learn new things
- Multi-Tasker
- Fast & Accurate typing
