Field House Grill is a concession stand operator at multiple indoor and outdoor sports complexes in Delaware County. We operate primarily on Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 6AM to 10PM.
We’re seeking a viable candidate, preferably with cooking and food service experience, to assist us with running the front and back of the house as a Shift Leader/Supervisor.
This is a part-time position that requires availability on nights, weekends and a reliable vehicle.
This position is ideal for a culinary arts student interested in gaining real world experience. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure smooth & proper operation of all locations
Employee management
Creating and Managing Employee Schedules
Creating and Managing Employee Contact Information
Weekly inventory to determine usage and proper ordering
Place orders with vendors timely to ensure items are stocked
Ensure all locations do not run out of any product
Addressing/resolving customer concerns with assistance of Owner.
Addressing/resolving issues with Staff with assistance of Owner.
Keep all paper files organized and updated, including Employee availability sheets
Quality Assurance Checks
Understand and know all product, pricing and procedures
Oversee borrowing, lending, returning product between stores
Holding staff accountable for expectations and job descriptions
Responsible for and maintaining cross training of staff
Constant and Consistent preparation of staff to replace any staff leaving for any reason (primarily graduating)
Getting to know our staff as individuals, maintaining a professional repour and encouraging and maintaining communication with all shifts and staff.
Facilities management: Proper operation of equipment & buildings.
Suggested rotating schedule for flexibility:
WEEK A: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
WEEK B: Sunday, Monday, Friday
