Busy Restaurant and Bar looking for dynamic Servers and Bartenders.
We are in need for Experienced Servers.
This is a Year Round Position
In search of an experienced server who is confident and very social. You must be able to relate to our customers. Our ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience, reliable, upbeat and friendly; can handle pressure well in a high energy environment. You must have a deep understanding of wine, cocktails, spirits and beer. Dining experience knowledge of food . POS Experience. Must be available to work all required shifts/days, holidays, weekends.
Essential Functions:
To promote a positive culture and environment at the work place based on integrity and respect among co-workers at all time.
To promote our Restaurants and Bars in a positive manner and promote our restaurants.
Communicate with employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
Remain calm and alert, especially during heavy restaurant activity, Interact with other department personnel and restaurant staff as needed.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and city laws surrounding the sale and consumption of alcohol.
Determine the needs and preferences of our guests and ensure that these are fulfilled.
Maintain positive and professional relations with guests, VIPs, concierges and regulars.
