We are actively hiring experienced Line and Grill Cooks to work in Corporate Cafeteria settings in Princeton and the surrounding areas. Must be available to work Monday -Friday morning hours Candidates should have least 6 months experience, (not fast food environment) be able to work independently and with minimum supervision. Proper kitchen uniform, a cut glove and reliable transportation is needed.
Responsibilities:
-Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
-Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
-Check food while cooking to stir or turn
-Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
-Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 6 months of experience in a kitchen setting ( cafeteria experience a plus)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
