Line Cook - Sandwich/Salad & Broiler. Must have minimum 1 year Line Cook experience.
Must have a passion for working with food. Good skills to confidently service Salad,
Sandwich, Appetizer, Fry, Grill and Broiler Stations.
You will work as part of a team in a high-volume fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of food in a quality conscious work environment. Your responsibilities include maintaining our high quality standards and guidelines, proper cooking methods, food presentations, cooking times and temps.
Must be able to handle periods of rush work without getting frustrated or confused. Performs related duties as requested or required. Must be familiar with the operations of a high volume kitchen.
