Looking for qualified sous chef for busy fine dining restaurant in Ventnor NJ
Candidate must have relevant cooking experience in a fast-paced, upscale, casual fine dining restaurant

Expectations:
-ability to perform at high level station responsibilities
-responsibilities include strong sauté skills, proficient in cooking seafood, food handling and sanitation skills, professional attitude and team player mentality, ability to take direction and execute at highest level
-Will report directly to executive chef
-will be responsible for communicating inventory, prep and production schedules
Summer Work Schedule 6 days
Offseason work schedule open year around, limited work days
