Job responsibilities:
- oversee our bar, working with the current bar manager to ensure excellent customer service, grow sales, institute promotions, ensure adequate staffing levels, train staff, etc.
- serve as the working manager of our soon-to-be opened ice cream/alcohol-infused ice cream parlor on the same premisesin this capacity you will assist with all aspects of the opening of the business, including working with architects, purchasing equipment, hiring and training employees, inventory, ordering, creating promotions and specials and more.
Previous experience in high volume food and beverage establishment is required, as is supervisory and customer service experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.
