Requirements:
Compassion and kindness
CHHA experience
Valid New Jersey HHA license
Valid driver's license
Successful completion of background check process
Successful physical examination and PPD or chest X-ray screening
Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one care in the home
Taking direction from clinical team and Registered Nurse
Following care plans
Adhering to all company policy and procedures
