Job Summary

Description:

The Regional Dental Practice Manager will have responsibility for overseeing daily operations of 5 dental group practices in the South Jersey Area. The RDPM supervises the office managers and dental directors in each location. The position will primarily be responsible to provide leadership, direction and support to the office managers and lead dentists to ensure financial and operational success. Deliverables will include gaining the trust and respect of office managers and directors, maintaining compliance to procedure and protocols in the office and providing strong financial results while keeping the focus on Patient Care and Patient Satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

Build successful relationships with dental directors and managers to meet financial goals.

Ensure each offices’ commitment to the company vision of Providing an Exceptional Patient Experience.

Manage operational and revenue goals.

Interpret, understand and manage KPI’s and metrics in all 4 locations.

Human resource related issues including interviewing, hiring , firing, assuring proper staffing levels, and performance management of all staff.

Assist in recruitment and retention of highest quality doctors .

Full understanding of productive scheduling methods to meet revenue goals while assisting and educating providers (dentists and hygienists) to meeting their daily goals.

Visit each manager/office as needed to assess office dynamics providing support and guidance when necessary.

Continuous support of excellence in patient service and satisfaction; address and resolve any patient issues or concerns in a timely fashion

Consistently achieve budget, revenue and EBITA goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience dental practice management and/or hospitality industry in senior positions.

Working knowledge of P&L and expense metrics.

Strong knowledge of dental practice management software.

Willingness to work outside of normal business hours.

Independent self-starter with the ability to work well with other team members.

Education:

An undergraduate degree in business or equivalent work experience.

MBA is a big plus
