Live In needed for my father in his early 70s. Individual must have prior experience as a care taker or Live In. Transportation: Drive him to and from dialysis 3 days a week. Leave house around 4:45 a.m. Meal Preparation: Cooks yummy meals. Dad is a foodie Companionship: Great companion and someone who loves to talk and get out of the house. Errands / Shopping: Takes Dad shopping for groceries, etc Medication Management: Reminder to take medication and assists with giving. Light Housekeeping: Light housework . He is in wheelchair. Also, has a colostomy bag which he manages daily, but sometimes needs assistance if he has an accident. My father is a wonderful and fun loving man. Totally with it. No cognitive issues.
