We are an allergy testing and immunotherapy company looking for Full-time Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) in Little Egg Harbor, NJ area. We are seeking well-trained, charismatic individuals to join our growing team.

JOB DUTIES:
Perform allergy testing and treatment
Proper record keeping and filing of charts
Accurately sending the scheduling report to the Account Manager on a daily basis
Send insurance demographics to verifications department on a daily basis
Gather appropriate documents from patient and physician
Confirm appointments with patients over the phone
Properly update patient charts
Keep supply inventory
Patient education
Maintain open communication with the management on all day to day activities
REQUIREMENTS:
CMA required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in Allergy and Immunology a plus, but not required
GREAT personality
