Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) is conducting the search for our clients on-site Practice Manager. This full-time position is for immediate hire and operates from our clients Deerfield, New Jersey office.

Position Summary:

With practices located in multiple states, our client offers a unique multi-disciplinary approach to their practice which incorporates clinical expertise and state-of-the-art technology with individualized patient care. Their team of medical providers and dedicated support staff offer comprehensive solutions for both clinical and cosmetic dermatology issues.

Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the Regional Director, youll manage a team which plays an integral role in supporting practice operations and the growth of the company!

You Are:

Passionate about healthcare management. With 3 “ 5 years experience of medical practice oversight, you have a deep understanding of healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and polices, and operating procedures, as well as strong working knowledge of Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines.

A mentor and team player. You get a kick out of getting people to those aha! Moments. You are patient, level-headed, cool under pressure, and a good leader. Teaching someone something new and then witnessing the success which comes from that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Role Focus:

Create and support a positive and engaging work environment!

Establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for multiple offices (you make espresso nervous).

Develop and implement the annual operational plan and budgets to meet the needs of the clinics, monitoring and controlling clinic expenditures within the defined budget while identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, patients, families, other departments, and the community to provide quality patient care.

Hire, train, and supervise clinic personnel; develop and/or arrange programs to meet the educational/skills needs of the associates upon hiring and on an ongoing basis.

Serve as the liaison between clinic and external partners.

Maintain effective communication with providers and staff, conducting routine and educational meetings with providers and staff.

Assuring all appropriate licensure, certifications and/or accreditations are secured according to policy.

Maintain and organize all training for CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA.
