We are searching for a self-motivated HR Recruiter to join our team

Job Summary:

Must have knowledge in recruitment and retention. Responsible for posting and sourcing all jobs within the Company. This is a non-exempt position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in recruiting in Home Care or in the healthcare industry

Ability to be creative with sourcing candidates and closing quality candidates

Must have experience negotiating candidate offers and facilitating candidate transactions i.e. offer letters, relocation agreements, benefit plans etc.

Must have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems

Excellent skills with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with high volume recruiting and the ability to handle/juggle multiple tasks

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Essential Functions:

Assists in establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meets with hiring managers to discuss needs.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information and opportunities; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using job sites.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

Strong Customer Service experience necessary

Experience in home care and/or healthcare staffing or recruiting

Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and of successfully taking on increased responsibility

Superior attention to detail and high diligence with documentation

Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position

Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to adapt to using several software applications

Working Environment:

Office environment.

Position Physical Demands:

Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting limited to files and records typically not expected to exceed 5 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone.
