We are seeking a crew leader with the:
1) Right hands on experience running crews in one of the field service industries such as pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, hardscaping, gutter cleaning/services, duct cleaning, etc.
2) Experience to lead one of our teams and make sound field adjustments
3) Ability to be hard-working, honest, responsible, communicative, professional, personable and detail oriented
4) Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently
With this opportunity, you will be a service crew member as well as the service crew leader, so your field-based contribution to the team comes with the expectation that your time is spent exceeding our customers needs and contributing to the workflow of your team to make happy customers!
Window Washing Wizard, founded in 1990, is the premier residential window cleaning and pressure washing service in South Jersey. We offer residential window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and much more. This is not a typical 9-5 desk job! Higher hourly rates towards the $20/hr range are ONLY for crew leaders with solid and substantial Window Cleaning or Pressure Washing Experience. Training rate is applicable until proficiency in our services is mastered. If you have no meaningful pressure washing or window cleaning experience then don't expect to be closer to $20/hr until you are trained and ready to accept crew leader responsibilities. Be reasonable. Learn more, work more and then get PAID more. PLUS, WE PAY OVERTIME/OT unlike other companies.
Additional Requirements/Information:
- Must have clean driving record with a valid driver's license
- Must be able to capably drive F150 truck with 14 foot trailer
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work
- 7:30am sharp is the start of our work day
- Must be able to carry extension ladders and lift up to 70 lbs.
