A condominium community in Cherry Hill is in search of a person to join our on-site maintenance team. We are looking for someone who has some experience in painting, minor carpentry, roofing, gutters and downspouts, pool maintenance, landscaping maintenance and general duties. Will perform minor fixes such as changing light bulbs and emptying trash cans. Requires basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and experienced with hand and electrical tools. Person must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and able to carry a ladder. Must be able to enter data into a computer. Must be able to work in a team environment and also independently. Applicant must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Medical and Dental benefits along with 401K.
⢠Must have a High School Diploma
⢠Must have a valid Driver's License
⢠5 years work experience required
⢠Vocational/Trade School training is a plus
