Underground Plumbing Specialist seeking motivated labor. I AM GOING TO BE VERY CLEAR WITH THE REQUIREMENTS. If the requirements do not fit you DO NOT waste your time nor mine.
1. You must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license. If you and your girl share a car and all of that stuff. Please do not apply.
2. If you use opiates or are on any type of opiate blockers DO NOT apply. I don't care if you smoke weed or drink beer in your spare time but NEVER on the job.
3. We do residential water and sewer service replacements. You will be digging. Yes it is a labor intensive dirty job. Be prepared for that. If you are not a beast with a shovel please do not apply. We utilize a backhoe but there is always hand work involved.
4. You will get min. 40 hours every week and most of the time a lot more.
5. Our work schedule is unpredictable. If you have schedule limitations or a girlfriend calling every 5 minutes wanting to know what time you are going to be home. Sometimes we work 12 hours sometimes 4 hours. It depends on the job. But u get min. 40 in a week.
6. Starting pay is $15.00 an hour. I do not pay for driving time. You set your own value to the company you will be evaluated in 60 days and every 6 months for a pay raise. Experience is definitely a plus.
7. We can meet at a mutually convenient location every day and you can jump in the truck or you can come to Mullica Hill every morning and jump in from there.
