Job Summary
As the Estate Facilities Manager, you will be the driving force behind the effective management and operation of our residential properties. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll leverage your expertise in facilities management, maintenance oversight, and project management to ensure the estate is maintained at the highest level.
What you’ll do
Oversee daily operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
Manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs, utilizing your knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical experience, and mechanical knowledge
Develop and execute project management plans for property improvements or renovations
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards
Maintain accurate records of property operations, including schematics, maintenance logs, and incident reports
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in property management or facilities management
Preferred qualifications
Strong supervisory experience with a focus on leadership in a maintenance context
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and industrial maintenance practices
Knowledgeable in high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
Proficient in using an ohmmeter for electrical testing
Basic understanding of plumbing and plumbing fixtures
Proficient in trouble shooting HVAC systems and general maintenance
