Oakwood Builders & Developers is currently seeking an experienced carpenter.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Light Roofing
Drywall/ finishing
Framing
Windows
Trim/ Cabinets
Painting
Siding
Decking
Requirements:
Able to lift up to 75 lbs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a Drug Test, Criminal Background Check
Truck/ van a plus but not neeeded
Own tools
Show up on time
Must be able to work by themselves or w/ others depending on job
Must be a motivated individual w/ a willingness to learn
Provide excellent customer service.
Communicate with Supervisor each morning to discuss assignments for the day, throughout the work day to discuss questions or concerns, and at the end of the workday before departing home.
Compensation:
$20- $30 Per HR depending on skill level
Trial period of 3 weeks
Paid Holidays after trial period
Paid Time Off- after trial period
