Handyman/Property Preservation specialist (Cherry Hill)
ICR Is expanding and needs 2 people to fill immediate full-time positions.
Previous property preservation experience is a plus but not necessary, we offer on the job training
Typical Work Includes:
- Lock Changes
- Window and Door Boarding/Clear Boarding
- Sheet Rock Installation/Removal
- Roof Repair/Tarping
- Sump Pump Installation
- Grass Cuts
- Shrub/Tree Trimming
- Mold Remediation
- Minor Plumbing
- Minor Carpentry
Applicants MUST Have:
Must have basic construction Knowledge, and be detailed oriented.
Must able to pass background check and have a valid drivers license.
Must have strong written and verbal English skills
Must be able to take clear progress photos; wide angled before, during, and after photos of work performed. (This is how we get paid)
Must be able to meet deadlines and work with a high volume of work orders.
Must be hard working and have can-do, positive attitude.
