Try Maids LLC is a professional cleaning company that allows its customers to book and manage home cleaning services in the South Jersey (Burlington and Camden Counties) / Philadelphia area through online booking. Try Maids is currently looking for independent and experienced cleaning teams - or experienced cleaning professionals - to complete cleaning services on residential homes. Cleaning services include: deep-cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, standard cleanings, and AirBnB cleanings. We are looking for cleaners that are reliable, detail oriented, punctual and will be able to provide high quality cleaning services that meet or exceed our company standards and expectations.
NOTE: While Try Maids is open to working with individual cleaners that have exceptional cleaning experience, preference will be given to those candidates who currently have a cleaning partner or are part of a cleaning team.
What We Offer
Flexible hours - cleanings are scheduled Monday - Saturday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm
Weekly pay
Work independently as a contractor
Great support from our Dispatch Team
Hourly pay ranges from $12 t0 $14 per hour (depending on experience)
Cleaner Requirements and Desired Qualifications:
Prior paid house cleaning experience (house cleaning) is preferred
MUST be able to use a smartphone and have an understanding of phone applications including - but not limited to - Launch27 and WhatsApp
Ability to follow detailed instructions as well as Maid Easy policies and procedures
General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
Willingness to clean windows (usually fold in windows), if needed
Excellent time management skills
Able to assist team members with cleaning duties when needed
Pays attention to detail when cleaning
Great customer service skills
Organized and able to follow a schedule
Preferably have access to a cleaning partner and/or cleaning team that is available for all assigned jobs
Must have daily access to the internet, a mobile phone, and reliable transportation
Independent contractors must provide their own cleaning equipment and supplies
At least one team member must be able to speak and read English
Must be authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check and be bonded
