We pay our vendors on a weekly basis and can assign work in Warren, Hunterdon, Somerset, Morris, ,Sussex, Mercer, Middlesex, Passaic, Union and All over the areas in NJ
We are offering bonuses and express payments to reward for those who are completing work in time
Work includes, but are not limited to:
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash Outs
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors must have an Aspen Grove ABC number and the equipment necessary to complete above work along with supplies that include bank coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1m
